The ochre city, oasis close to desert and bottom of the mountains of Atlas, will without doubt upset you. Luxuriant and animated, Marrakech became a must for jet set and foreigners looking for exoticism. Its large avenues bordered with palm trees, its luxurious palaces, the famous place of DJemaa-el-Fna make up its remarkable attractions.
Many foreign investors acquired a villa, a ryad or an apartment in the city.

The most in-demand districts in Marrakech are:
- Gueliz, former European district, displaying many villas surrounded with gardens
- the Hivernage, residential district,
- the Palmeraie, extended on 13000 ha, where sumptuous palaces and luxurious villas are located among palm trees. Located 10 kms far from the center.

- the Djeema-el-Fna place and its intense animation at dawn

- Bab-Agnaou, splendid door of the Almohade kasba, made of cut and carved stone of Gueliz
- the Saadian tombs, necropolis of the Saadian sultans, built at the end of XVIth century
- gardens of Agdal, conceived as of XIIth century,
- the sumptuous palaces including the palace of Badi, the palace of Bahia which was belonging to the Grand Vizir Ba Ahmed, the Dar-If-Said palace, transformed from now into the Museum of Moroccan arts
- the souks of Marrakech
- Medersa Ben Youssef
- the garden of Menara and its famous square house
- the palms plantation (la Palmeraie)
- the gardens of Majorelle
